Use of Personal Information

All personal information collected by MRSPA about our members is used only for the purpose of administering our association activities, providing service to our members, and making available other information and services to our members and prospective members. MRSPA does not distribute or sell personal information about our members to outside sources.

If we obtain information about others who are not our current members, we strive to treat this information in the same manner as our members.  

Information Security

We maintain technical and organizational safeguards to protect the confidentiality of personal information about our members against (1) unauthorized access or disclosure, and (2) accidental loss, alteration, or destruction.

Information Quality

MRSPA maintains procedures to assure that the personal information we collect from our members is accurate, up-to-date and as complete as possible.
